When considering the criteria for a Caregiver, we think of what we want for our own loved ones. We believe the qualities necessary to our family are universally desired. These common desires have inspired our organization's set of Core Values, which act as our belief system and serve as the "anchor" we use to inform all decisions as a Kind Caregiver.

Our Culture

At Kind Caregivers at Home, we grant trust at the get-go. And whenever we believe that trust has been breached, we are encouraged to be respectfully direct with one another so that we can continue to learn from our experiences and develop deeper, more effective working relationships. We believe that honesty is kind.

 

All employees are part-owners because we all play a critical role in the success of the company. When we take this role seriously, there is no need to micro-manage or rely too much on administration. Our Caregivers are at the forefront in caring for our clients and so we must ensure that they feel respected and cared-for in return.

 

We celebrate and recognize good work often! Our teams meet for virtual calls regularly so that we can stay connected, help overcome challenges/hurdles to effective care, and have fun!
